STRUTTURE ONIRICHE NEL CANZONIERE PETRARCHESCO

Abstract
Questo contributo propone una lettura petrarchesca che muove dall’ipotesi ermeneutica del Canzoniere come macrotesto dalle connotazioni oniriche, quasi il diario di un sogno ad occhi aperti, illusione metaforizzata entro un contesto culturale già preumanistico d’un amore irrealizzato e impossibile, nel quale del resto consisterebbe la sua eterna attualità.
L’ipotesi ha indotto a una strategia ermeneutica volta a ricercare il tema e il carattere del “sogno” all’interno dei singoli componimenti e ne è nata una lettura che ha confermato comunque la rilevanza dell’aspetto onirico nell’opera petrarchesca.
This contribution proposes a Petrarchan reading that moves from the hermeneutical hypothesis of the Canzoniere as a macrotext with dreamlike connotations, almost the diary of a daydream, a metaphorical illusion within an already pre-humanistic cultural context of an unfulfilled and impossible love, which, moreover, would constitute its eternal actuality.
This hypothesis led to a hermeneutical strategy aimed at researching the theme and character of the “dream” within the individual compositions, resulting in a reading that confirmed the relevance of the dreamlike aspect in Petrarch’s work.
