Abstract: il contributo offre un’analisi comparativa fra lo Statuto Albertino e la Costituzione italiana, rimarcando i principi e i valori espressi da quest’ultima che pone al proprio centro la Vita umana, quale bene prezioso da tutelare in ogni contesto giuridico e umano. L’esposizione non tralascia di accennare i principali eventi e personaggi storici.
Abstract: This paper offers a comparative analysis of the Albertine Statute and the Italian Constitution, highlighting the principles and values expressed by the latter, which places human life at its core as a precious asset to be protected in every legal and human context. The paper also touches on key historical events and figures.
